Dax Dietiker

Originally from Boynton Beach, Florida, Mr. Dietiker grew up in the Middle East, spending his youth in Pakistan, Syria, and Saudi Arabia, before returning to the United States in 2000.  The son of Swiss and Canadian parents who worked to ensure their children had every opportunity to succeed, Mr. Dietiker was the first generation in his family to graduate from a university and attend graduate school.

While in law school, Mr. Dietiker focused on distinguishing himself academically, earning several scholarships including the Howard Dunbar Scholarship and Merit Scholarship.  Mr. Dietiker also earned the distinction of achieving Dean’s List honors for all semesters and high grade awards in both Constitutional Law and Products Liability, eventually graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Mr. Dietiker also worked as a Teaching Assistant to first year law students in the area of Contracts and as Research Assistant for Professor Heather Baxter, assisting in her publication related to the current indigent defense crisis.

During law school, Mr. Dietiker interned at the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in Broward County, Florida where he spent time learning the procedural aspects of Circuit Court while discussing strategy with members of the Judiciary.

Mr. Dietiker also interned at the Boca Raton based law office of CohenKotler, P.A. which focuses its practice in all aspects of criminal and civil litigation.

After graduating law school, Mr. Dietiker worked as a law clerk for the AV-rated law firm Haliczer, Pettis, and Schwamm, where he assisted in providing defense representation in areas including commercial litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death, civil rights, and employment law.

After leaving Haliczer, Pettis, and Schwamm, Mr. Dietiker worked as an associate attorney for Cole, Scott, and Kissane, a large Florida based litigation firm.  Mr. Dietiker focused his areas of practice on complex personal injury claims including actions based on general negligence, premises liability, and products liability.

In 2016, Mr. Dietiker left Cole, Scott, and Kissane to found Posada Taddeo Dietiker Attorneys at Law in an effort to refocus his legal career to ensure that his clients receive personalized and individual strategic representation while bringing his large firm experience to ensure effective results.

Daniela Posada

Originally from Medellín, Colombia, Ms. Posada moved to the United States in 1999 and began pursuing her legal career to become a second generation attorney.  While in law school, Ms. Posada worked tirelessly to achieve academic success, earning several performance based scholarships including the Horowitz Endowed Scholarship and Merit Scholarship.  This dedication to academics allowed Ms. Posada to become a member of the Nova Law Review, as well as earn Dean’s List honors for all semesters.

During law school, Ms. Posada focused her efforts on assisting first year law students by working as a Teaching Assistant in the area of torts.  Ms. Posada led weekly instructional sessions for students focused on reviewing and clarifying the necessary concepts to ensure that students successfully completed their courses.  Additionally, Ms. Posada worked as a Research Assistant to Professor Heather Baxter, assisting in her publication related to the current indigent defense crisis.

Ms. Posada also interned at the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Staff Attorneys Office, working in the area of criminal law reviewing complex legal issues and drafting judicial orders.

Following law school, Ms. Posada worked for in-house counsel to Chubb Limited, the world’s largest publicly traded property and casualty insurer.  During her employment, Ms. Posada worked to defend Chubb Limited from claims in all areas of civil law, including general negligence claims, premises liability actions, and products liability.

After leaving her employment with in-house counsel to Chubb Limited, Ms. Posada began working for Lydecker-Diaz, a full-service AV-rated national law firm, with offices in both Miami and New York.  During her time with Lydecker-Diaz, Ms. Posada handled claims filed against Citizens Property Insurance Corporation.

Regularly balancing a caseload in excess of sixty active files, Ms. Posada earned a reputation for being a dedicated and effective attorney in bringing cases to a successful resolution.   Ms. Posada also proved to be a highly distinguished attorney in the courtroom, frequently arguing and winning motions in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.

In 2016, Ms. Posada left Lydecker-Diaz to establish Posada Taddeo Dietiker, P.A. with the goal of focusing her career on assisting individuals in all aspects of criminal and civil law.  Ms. Posada is able to leverage her corporate in-house and large firm experience to bring competent individualized and strategic representation to clients no matter how complex the issue.
